I've certainly had to deal with situations which were answered by I, II, (sort of) IV and VI.

Also had one where user had forgotten password and asked for it. I looked at the current password (we could do that back then) and decided to just reset it rather than tell user that they had set it to "w@nker" during their office christmas party.
